It is with profound sadness that we announce Joe’s peaceful passing with the love of his life by his side on Friday July 7, 2017 at the age of 39.  Loving partner of Micheline “Mitch” Papineau- Reinhart. Proud Step-Dad of Emma Lee and Ally.  Joe will be forever loved and remembered by his parents Cheryl De Leeuw and Peter Sauer (Kathy Wayne), his sister Jamie, his  brothers in law Sean Papineau, Jamie Papineau (Angie), sisters in law Jacqueline Fenez, Angel- Lynn Desautels (Roger), his father and mother in law  Gilbert (Marlyn Leclaire), and Jill Whitford.  Cherished uncle of Matthew, Kaitlyn, Lhéa, Julie, Megan, Hailey, Levi, and Jesse.  Beloved “Poppa” to their dog Molly.  Joe will be forever remembered for his love of his family and friends and his big heart.  Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St, S, Renfrew on Tuesday July 11th from 6-9 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations to a scholarship in Joe’s memory may be made to Renfrew County Catholic and District School Board c/o 499 Pembroke St. W Pembroke, ON K8A 5P1.
