Obituary of Genevieve Sophia McLaughlin

Surrounded by her family Genevieve (Janet) passed away at Hospice Renfrew on Saturday January 30, 2021 at the age of 87 after a valiant battle. Loving mother of Don (Marty), Betty (Mike Coulas), Randy (Sue), Cindy (Alan Griese), Wendy (Bryon Heaslip) and mother in law of Evelyn. Dear grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 21. Predeceased by her loving husband Harvey McLaughlin and her son Melvin. Genevieve will be sadly missed by her sisters, brother, brothers in law, sisters in law, her many nieces, nephews and the card sharks. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Renfrew. A recording of the Mass will be available for viewing on this page on Wednesday February 3, 2021 in the afternoon.
