Obituary of Cecil Garksey

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday August 17, 2018, just one day before his 80^th birthday.  Beloved husband of the late Shirley McKinnirey.  Cherished father of Peter and Mary Ann (Glenn).  Devoted grandpa of Jason and Robyn.  A private family service will be held.  Donations in Cecil’s memory may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
