Mary Charlotte, I was so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. I had hoped to see both of you again after we met at the Hospital, and I was surprised to see the notice in the local paper after the fact. Your Mom as I remember her was a sweet lady and a great nurse. Our paths crossed for a short time while we were both working at Bonnechere Manor.( It was a interesting place in those days.) Her kindness was a role model for the younger nurses. Thanks for stopping that day and reintroducing yourself. What a pleasant surprise! How many times Yoli had suggested a reunion for all of us. Of course it always involved wine and unfortunately never happened with all of us together. I hope that you and your family are well and reconciling the loss of your Mom. Nancy

Dear Mary Charlotte, Anne and family, It is with deep regret that I cannot attend Angela's funeral today, but my thoughts and prayers are with you. May our gracious God comfort you in your sorrow. Angela was the head nurse when I had surgery at the Riverside hospital, many years ago, and she was just wonderful! I am forever grateful for her kindness. After her retirement she volunteered her time to help out at the diocesan centre - God bless her and her generous spirit! I am sure that she received a royal welcome and is enjoying eternal peace and joy. Blessings, Sister Jean

Dear Anne, Mary Charlotte & Family, I am sorry to hear of Angela's death; I have been thinking of 'the Beatty girls' the last little while- they were all so warm and gracious and not to mention stylish. We always enjoyed our chats with Audrey and Angela when we were out and about the town and of course Lois and Mom were such good friends when we were growing up. I will always remember what fun they brought to the singalongs at the house. I hope that your memories will give you comfort during this difficult time. Sincerely, Kathleen
