Dear Peter, Fred and Family;
Sorry to see you have lost your Dad. Please accept my sincere condolences.
May Jesus our Comforter be precious and real to you in your time of sorrow....He cares for you and is praying for you. Rom.8:34
I remember Arnie coming to our house before Christmas one year(1960ish) because Dad was having trouble getting the lights on the tree to work. I can still see Arnie putting "live" wires in his mouth to our shock. Lol
Loved his smile and twinkle in his eye!
Love in Christ

I am so saddened by Uncle Arnie's passing. It takes me back to dad's passing in 2001. My most sincere condolences to Aunt Lorna and all the family. Uncle Arnold was truly a special man and I have told so many happy and funny stories about him to so many over the years. He lived to love and loved to live. I will always remember him for his smile that would light up the room and his contagious laugh. He lived a full life and by most standards a long life and although he is gone he will never be forgotten. God has a new ambassador in heaven now and the world has lost a true gem. Rest in peace Uncle Arnie.

We have many fond memories of Arnie stopping in to chat and check up on us at our old shop on Hall Avenue when he was out on one of his walks. He always brightened our day with one of his stories. One of our fondest memories was the joy and pride he had flying the Canadian Flag so everyone could see it on his custom designed flag pole. He was a special friend. Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time.

I was saddened to see this obituary today. Arnold was a friend of mine and a distant relative ,but more so he was a mentor to me when i worked at Mitel. Arnold took me under his wing while i worked there and for many years after when i had my own business. He always took the time to praise you for a job well done and always answered any questions i had in great detail. I will miss him .My deepest sympathies to the family.

Countless great memories of Uncle Arnold - coming and going at Peter Street for work - hunting at Ferguson Lake - driving him crazy with worry as Peter and I did lots of crazy things as teenagers on snowmobiles, in trucks, the 202 Comet, etc. - hearing his opinions on just about everything especially politics- listening to him tell the story about how he got the scar across his nose - his many jokes, stories and songs - dropping by for a visit and a big bear hug.
Uncle Arnold was a very special and unique person who was full of love and FUN. I will dearly miss him.

Uncle Arnold Boldt was so many things to so many people, it is tough to know where to begin. He was a mentor and an educator, as well as a student of life. He was a willing worker who rarely turned down an appeal for help. No task was too big or too small.
A solid citizen and a true family man, he made lifelong contributions to the Town of Renfrew, in many different ways. With his trade and skill as an electrician, he helped to light up Renfrew County and beyond. With his infections laughter and his spirited sense of humour, he lit up the lives of all those he met.
May his soul rest in eternal peace and may the unconditional love he left us with, continue to grow through eternity.

Aunt Lorna, and family, I am teared up as I sit here sending you this message regarding Uncle Arnold. Words never express the true feeling one has inside at a time like this. My heartfelt wishes go out to everyone at the news of his passing.
I remember my days working with him at Mitel in the Renfrew plant. He was always there with a smile, a joke, or just offering his caring ways to help with the matters of the day.
Nothing but great memories of Uncle Arnie. He touched so many people, and for me he will not be forgotten.
I hope his passing was peaceful, and I he is now happily reunited with his other brothers sisters and family who have gone before him.
Kindest Regards,
Ray Boldt
