I had the pleasure of meeting Bev on several occasions at The Blind Spot office, when I would come from Alberta to visit my sister, Marilyn who works there. Bev was always so welcoming and friendly, such a nice lady. I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to Bev's immediate family, extended family and many friends. I was so sorry to hear of Bev's illness just this past Saturday and then to hear of her passing a couple of days later. I have known Bev since the days of Pine Valley school! We express our condolences to all of Bev's family and friends and to Don on the passing of this wonderful lady. We enjoyed a bit of a soiree last year at Eve Yantha's where many stories and anecdotes were shared from the time Delores worked with Bev and Eve and others at Service Canada. There was great fellowship, good food, a bit of wine and lots of hilarity. We have mused since then on Facebook and chatted one or twice on the street. One trait of Bev was to walk a lot in Renfrew all through the years. We will mess those chance meetings on the sidewalk. Rest in Peace Bev.
