Obituary of Margaret Teresa Munhall
Margie Munhall, age 58, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Grove Home, Arnprior, after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, December 2, 2024.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Rita (Mulroy) Munhall. Margie is survived by her loving siblings Mary, Thomas Jr. (Penny), Harry (Diane), Bonnie (late Elwin) McNevin, Robert (Colleen Mackin), and Richard (Sandra). Dear aunt of Michael, Ryan (Tracey), Morgan (Sarah), McNevin, Miranda (Andrew), Niefer, Matthew (Ashley), McNevin, Megan (Dion Mahoney) and several great nieces and nephews. She loved and deeply touched all of us.
Margie enjoyed bowling, swimming in the Special Olympics where she won medals, playing floor hockey, taking pictures and is already deeply missed by our family. She enjoyed her favorite foods with the staff and owners at the Renfrew Pizzeria.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to Margie's life well lived and Community Living Renfrew for all your support of Margie over the years. The family would also like to share our gratitude to the staff and Dr. Becker for the excellent care Margie received while she was at the Grove Home in Arnprior.
Visitations at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle Street South, Renfrew, Friday, December 6, from 1 to 6 p.m., A Private Family Interment will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Living Renfrew or the Renfrew Sunshine Coach (Friends of the Disabled)
