Peacefully at Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Wednesday April  24, 2024, due to congestive heart failure.  Loving wife of 58 years to Donald James Mercer, Calabogie ,ON.  Mother of Carla Valerie of London England, Douglas James of Gananoque, ON and the late Kirk Donald Mercer.  Sheila was born on April 26, 1942 in Ottawa, ON, to Ethel Marion Graham of Richmond and Walter Henry Sparks of Hazeldean, ON. Private Family service and interment at Maplegrove Cemetery, Hazeldean , ON.
