Obituary of Betty "Willus" Kobus (nee Angus)

Peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on March 12, 2024 at the age of 91.  Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Kobus.  Dear sister in law of Bev Kobus.  Predeceased by her sister Winnifred Moore (late Wilmer).  Willus will be fondly remembered by her nieces Linda Barrett (Jim), Joyce Michelutti (Danny),  nephew Robert Moore,  friends Donna , Ron and Ryan Morrison and cousin Bill Mason.

Willus worked for Bell Canada for many years.  She had a love of golf, gardening and going to the casino.  She enjoyed her last number of year living at Quail Creek where she enjoyed the many activities that they have to offer. Willus’s family wishes to the thank the wonderful staff at Quail Creek for the great care that they provided to her as well as the doctors and nurses at the Renfrew Victoria hospital for their compassion and kindness.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home on Friday March 22nd at 11:00 am.  Spring interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.  In memory of Willus, donations may be made to Hospice Renfrew
