Obituary of Donald Parker

After a short illness our beloved Husband, Dad and Grandpa passed away at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Thursday December 21, 2023 at the age of 65.  Loving husband of Shirley Mahusky for 40 years.  Cherished Dad of Judy (Tom Ainsaar) and Scott (Tara).  Proud and Loving grandpa of Jenna, Carter, Nathan and Brody.  Predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Rita, his sisters Shirley Garskey and Linda Dennique, his mother and father in law Rita and Lawrence Mahusky and his brother in law Charlie Mahusky and sister in law Laura Mahusky. 

Dear brother of Bonnie Granger (late Larry) and brother in law of Lawrence Mahusky.  Dear uncle of Kevin, Dale, Ronnie, Peter, Mary Ann and Darlene. Don will be fondly remembered by his good friends Brian Dedo and Pat Rowan and the many wonderful friends and neighbours that he met along the way.

Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home 310 Argyle St, S Renfrew on Wednesday December 27th, 2023 from 5-8 pm.  Donations in Don's memory may be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute or Hospice Renfrew.  Online condolences/donations may be made at www.gouletfuneralhome.com
