Obituary of Ken McQuade

Peacefully surrounded by his family at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Friday November 17, 2023 at the age of 79. Loving husband of Sharon Hume for 58 years. Dear Dad of Michael (Susan), Keri-Lynne (Joe). Proud grandpa of Krista (Cole), Jo'lyn, and Matthew.

Ken was the son of the late Roy and Lucy (Kluke) McQuade.  Predeceased by his sisters Doreen Wood, Mary (Stuart) Ferguson and his brothers Donald and Maurice. Dear brother in law of Anne.

Ken will be fondly remembered by his beloved dog Whiskey Rose, his nieces, nephews and many friends. Ken will be remembered for being very inventive and  he had a knack for fixing things, was always willing to lend a hand and loved living at Colton Lake

Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home,310 Argyle Street S, Renfrew on Wednesday November 22, 2023 from 5-8 pm.  Donations in memory of Ken may be made to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Dialysis Unit. Online condolences/donations may be made at www.gouletfuneralhome.com.
