Obituary of Helen Margarite Visinski

LESK-VISINSKI Helen Margarite. Helen went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Saturday, November 26, 2022. Helen was born on March 6, 1929, to the late Hector and Georgina (Emond) Jolicoeur. She is predeceased by her husbands, Raphael Lesk(June 1967) and Frank Visinski(1989). Cherished mother of Alane Lalonde(Michael), Kevin(Bonnie), Martin(Rose), Karen Boals(Nelson) and Ray(Julia). Loved step mom of James, Jeanette and Theresa. Proud Nana to April, Devon, Dayna, Michael(Joanne), Tyler(Kaeli), Justin, Khala, Ben, Noah and Sarah. Proud step Nana to Craig(Joye), Phillip(Phyllis), the late Glendon, Sarah, Glen and Krista. Great-grandma to many. She is survived by brother Wilfred (late Muriel) Jolicoeur. Predeceased by her siblings Jock, Gerald (late Margaret), Laura (late Charles) Dumoulin, Madeline (late Bill) Carr, Theresa and Zeta Jolicoeur. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Helen’s faith and love of God were paramount in her life. She will be remembered for her charity work, which she thoroughly enjoyed, selling raffle tickets for various organizations. She enjoyed a good game of cards with her many friends, and cherished time spent with her grandchildren.
Visitations at the GOULET FUNERAL HOME, 310 Argyle St. S., Renfrew, Thursday December 1st:  2-4, 6-8 p.m. and after 9:15 a.m. Friday.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Friday December 2nd at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Francis Xavier Church Memorial fund would be appreciated.
