Obituary of Nelson Riopelle

It is with great sadness our family announces the passing our Dad, Nelson Leo Riopelle at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Sunday January 30, 2022. He was 90. Beloved husband of the late Joan (nee Wright). He will be sadly missed by his children Randy (Lynn), Kip (Dianne), Terry (Evelyn), Melody (late Ian Headrick), Faith (Terry MacKenzie), Danny (Linda), Regan (Janice), Gloria (Bunny). Cherished grandfather to many grandchildren. great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Pre-deceased by granddaughter Judy Riopelle. Son of the late Leo and Alice (nee Dodge) Riopelle. Pre-deceased by his siblings Helen (late Sydney Brydges), Leslie (Marie), Hilda (late George Quinn), Irvin (late Marion), Reg (late Gail), Orella (late Gerald Stewart). By request, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will take place in the spring at Hillcrest Cemetery, Calabogie for family and friends.
