Dear Brenda,
Thinking of you, your dad, Theresa, Nancy and Daniel today. So glad to have known your wonderful mom, with her big smile, ready laughter, and wise outlook. The photo is lovely: with your mom's big smile right next to her beautiful garden. The last time I spoke to your mom, it was right there, beside the garden in the backyard, with your dad. She seemed so completely content and so proud to speak of all of you and your kids. Wishing you all peace and an abundance of good memories to sustain you at this time. Sheila

Condolences to Uncle Gerard, Brenda, Theresa, Nancy, Dan & Family.
I'll never forget the time I was out for a walk in town one hot summer day as a teenager & I stopped in to visit. It was the summer of 2004. Aunt Alice asked if I wanted a Pepsi. A Pepsi sounded amazing. She went down into the cellar & brought up 2 cans. What I seen before me was a shock. A complete time warp. 2 cans of Pepsi dressed in the old white & red labeling. I have no idea if she could read the shock on my face or not, but by 2004, these cans had already been discontinued for around a decade. I recalled them vividly from my childhood, but I certainly didn't expect to see them before my eyes in the mid 2000s. I was unsure if it was only around 10 years old or it had been there even longer. My first thought was that it was probably left over from when Dan moved out. Even if it was from around 1995 when they were discontinued, I was still unsure if it was safe to drink. But I drank it and I'm fine(I think) with no adverse effects that I'm aware of. I didn't grow any extra digits or limbs. But she was always happy to see me every time I stopped in and always rushed to offer to a drink. I knew I was always welcome to stop in & say hi. R.I.P. Aunt Alice

Mom showed us “Family is Everything”!
A wise lyricist once wrote and is quite fitting now.
“There's no end to grief
That's how I know
And why I need to know
That there is no end to love”
