Dorian was a treasure. She and Larry were good friends of my parents and I have many fond memories of spirited euchre games between them. My brother and I especially liked it when it was the Laurier’s turn to host, because it meant we’d feast on Dorian’s baking and hospitality. In my university days, I was fortunate to spend a summer working at the Town Office and to have a chance to see Dorian in her work environment. A wonderful woman in every regard! She will be missed.

Sorry to hear of Dorians passing.used to visit her before Christmas and have a little chat. Of course couldn’t do last year.knew her from her years with the town. She will be missed by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
My deepest sympathies to the Laurier and Heins families. It was my privilege to commence my employment with the Town of Renfrew under Dorian's guidance and mentorship. I have very found memories of the years we worked together. Dorian's kindness and gentle ways certainly had an indelible impact upon me for which I'm eternally grateful. Rest easy.
