So sad to see this man pass, but he was always friendly to those around him. I used to spend a lot of time with him when I lived at the same building with him and we'd always laugh and joke and trade quips. I used to pick on him while watching hockey by cheering for Ottawa just to get him going. Anytime he couldn't get some kinda electronics working he'd always text me and i'd be right there to get it working for him. I'm gonna miss him, he was like the uncle i've never had. I used to take him shopping on the weekends or even just take him for a drive to get out of the building. I remember all the times we went to the restaurant beside the building and he'd always have to have his fries and gravy because he said I got him started on it. When he was in the hospital in Ottawa with heart failure i'd always make sure to stop in every night to check on him and get him whatever he wanted/needed. He made everyone's day around him so much happier, always had a joke or remark to make ya laugh. He was a true blessing to have in anyone's life. I'll miss ya Art, but I know you'll always be looking over me.
