First met Steve when he was working as an apprentice completing the stone fireplace at our cottage. That work was disrupted as a result of the auto accident. For three years our chimney was waiting to be completed and through Steve's determination he came back to complete the job with a prosthetic leg he fashioned himself. Through this process we became lifelong friends. His talents graced our cottage as well as our hearts.

With heavy heart I would like to offer you John and family my deepest condolences I was one of the hunters that hunted when Steve your dad would come and visit us remember when you were a small lad growing up it was a great time have lots of memories. Yes he has gone to join mom now but you still have the memories and they are still in your heart take care
