I would stop by a speak to Peter whenever I would travel back to Renfrew, including last September. Talking to Pete was like I had never moved from McAndrew Street so many years ago. He was a good neighbour, schoolmate and friend for pretty much my whole life. My sincere condolences to Jim, Bob and their families. Jeff Hemlin

One of the few that reached out to me when I lost my husband. He had such a heartfelt understanding that only few people know how to convey. What a wonderful man he was. It is certain that Renfrew and the Lions lost a beautiful soul.

He was such a great friend to our family and especially my mom. He was always just a phone call away if we needed help including help me put my children's first swing set together. It took us all weekend and a lot of laughs to do but we did it. He was a true friend to many and he will be greatly missed by all whose lives Pete touched.Our condolences to his family.

First to the family & Pete's good friends "we lost a hell of a good one there".I know your fight was hard & you fought it to the end. There was no quitting with you, and you never showed it.
