back in the early 80s at st Thomas the apostle school mr Ballard was the the custodian we would call him dr Ballard this followed him with our fond memories of a kind man who had a funny way with the kids at our school he always said hi after our school years and we called him dr Ballard with respect thanks for the memories and rest in peace DR BALLARD,,,
