Dear Sue ,Robert, Denis, Pat, Mary Lee, Jeff and Kelly . I am deeply saddened by the news of Peters passing . I have not seen him since i left Renfrew many years ago but i enjoyed talking about music and drums and other subjects back when we met up somewhere or he would drop by my house on Opeongo Road ,when i lived there. I remember him trading me a double tom tom stand for something he needed back then and i still have that . Rock on Peck ,I know the thunderstorms from the heavens will now sound like drum solo's .

I was so sad to learn of Peter passing away, my condolences to his entire family and friends. Peter would always let me get up and play a tune or two with Metagenesis, and I loaned him my drum kit when the band lost all their equipment in a hotel fire. He loved classic cars, and was the nicest, easy going Valley Lad you would ever want to meet. Heaven just got an awesome drummer for their house band, Peter, "Rock On" my friend, and thanks for the memories.

I remember when I was 12 years old Peter lived on Baldwin St., Renfrew. I had a crush on a girl (grade 7) and he was giving me tips on how to ask her out. It eventually progressed to him describing how to kiss her.. He took me over to the phone and had me call her, but I was so embarrassed I hung up when she answered. lol..He always exuded so much confidence. He was the coolest cousin in my eyes. I'll always remember him fondly. Rest in Peace Peck.

I am very saddened to hear of Peter's passing. I've known him for many years and he was one of the first real musicians I met in my life, someone who played and made a living for years doing what he loved most. He made an indelible impression on this young boy the first time I heard him play, and in subsequent years I heard him play guitar and piano, besides his usual drums, and he affected me with his music.
I most recently saw him at a gig that my band The AshDads were performing at, and as always, he bought me a beer and we talked music, and he said he enjoyed the band. When Peter paid a musical compliment I was always grateful because he's one of the reasons that I am a musician, and I will be thinking of him with much fondness, and sadness now that he's left us.
My sincere condolences the all of his family. I am very sorry for your loss. He will be missed very much. Big hugs to you all.

Certainly we all have our own memories of Peter. I remember how he used to bomb around on bicycle when we were young. I remember all his music, especially Metagenisis and me getting out to whatever bar in which he was playing. He was mischievous, but charming. I always smile when I think of him and always will.

I'm weeping too. I love you Pedro and I will miss you very much my old friend.
Remember Godda's Booth when we first met. You had your L'll Devil white jean jacket on. We were worlds colliding... the greaser and the Limey almost got into it. You didn't back down and you couldn't keep us apart after that.
You went on to be successful while I rode in your shadow but we both had a love of music right from the start. How many Beatle songs did we sing together, How many cigarettes did you get for me when we met Darcy Warren or another friend from your side of the street? How many times did you give me money for my birthday when you were with the Mets, and I had nothing. I can't count the memories Petey, but I do know I have never met a kinder, more understanding and giving person in my life and I will sorely miss my best friend forever. Bye Pedro, Love James.
