How very lucky and privileged I was to not only be realated to this kind and gentle man but to have him as a Godfather was the icing on the cake. I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Lepine's passing. I have such fond memories of him growing up. He always had a joke or was smiling. The las time I saw him at the Bonnechere Manor it was the exact same. There are people in this world where the minute you meet them you feel the light that shines within them. They make you instantly smile with the ease of their energy and comforted by the beauty of their kindness. These people are remembered by the way they made you feel... This was my uncle Armand. Both my parents grew up as only children so the only ‘aunts’ and ‘uncles’ I had were the brothers and sisters of my Nana (Carol). There would be long stretches of time when I wouldn’t see my uncle Armand but whenever we would see each other we always managed to connect and HE was one of those people that could make you instantly smile with the easy conversation and the twinkle in his eye.
